Hello everyone! As a music lover, I am constantly on the hunt for new music and love to hear about what my friends and family are listening to currently. I am sure you all know the feeling. So lets talk about what we are currently listening to right now!

I like it, but hope for better things from the rest of the new album. On a related note: can you believe Daft Punk has only released 3 albums?

I’ve been listening to that Overseas album quite a bit. It’s pretty tremendous and is making me want to spend a lot more time with my Bazan and Bedhead records.

Capstan Shafts at the moment. ‘Comsumption Violets’. As far as new stuff, Phosphorescent has been my fave of the last moth or so, and White Fence.

I am listening to all of my Record Store Day goodies. Right now it’s GZA Liquid Swords but just a moment ago it was White Stripes Elephant.

    Happy Record Store Day everyone!

Well, it’s Record Store Day here today, so I went out and picked up a copy of the limited edition Stones’ 45 ‘Five by Five’ and Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds 45 ‘Animal X’. Both are superb.

I also picked up a mint copies of the Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers 12″ ‘Here Comes My Girl’, The Best of Scott Walker, The Waterboys ‘Here Comes The Sea’ and Springsteen Live Bootleg from 1993.

A great day spinning them all…

Overseas +1. I love Will Johnson. Also in heavy rotation this week new releases from: The Thermals, Telekinesis, and Flaming Lips.
