At Joyful Noise, mailorder is our bread and butter. As COVID-19 shuts down so many businesses around us, we are trying our best to remain open and actively ship mailorder in a way that is as safe as possible for ourselves and our customers. Halting shipments has not been recommended in our hometown of Indianapolis, at least for the time being. Until we are instructed otherwise, we plan on continuing to ship records to the folks quarantined in their homes. And those records are being shipped by one dude:

Meet Mark. Due to COVID-19, Mark is currently the only person working from the label's office. He's is self-quarantined so that he can continue to handle all physical orders and keep himself and our customers safe. What a champ!

When you order from Joyful Noise, Mark will be the only person touching your order, and he's taking precautions to make sure we're being extra careful during this pandemic. Mark is taking his temperature everyday, and is using gloves. Plus we're making sure all packaging materials and items being shipped have been untouched for more than the 2-3 days the Coronavirus can survive on surfaces.

In short, you can feel safe about ordering records from us during this crazy time.
