Recorded and mixed by Christoph Scheidel on March 9, 2007 at Mutze in Cologne Germany. Purchase includes instant download in MP3 and WAV.
In 2003, living on constant tour through the dark days of the dawn of The War on Terror, Joan of Arc decided to regroup as a political hardcore band. Make Believe was born. For the next few years they maintained a grueling schedule. Both the travel and the performances were excessive and exhausting. All Over and Over are the journals Tim Kinsella kept on Make Believe's final full U.S. tour—the tour on
which he had to admit that the cost-benefit ratio of this lifestyle had toppled and he needed to stop.
To help give you the full sensory experience of the tour diaries, we are simultaneously releasing a new live album from Make Believe to accompany the book. The previously unreleased Live In Cologne, 2007 was recorded on March 9, 2007 at Mutze in Cologne, Germany. This recording showcases Make Believe at their most meticulous, recorded after rigorous touring, and featuring tracks from their self-titled EP, Shock of Being and Of Course.
This is the first printing of All Over and Over, limited to 1000 copies. Purchase includes instant download of Live In Cologne, 2007 in WAV and MP3.
*Note, this book was originally included in Tim Kinsella's Artist In Residence box set. If you were lucky enough to get one of those, you still have the digital-only option available so you can hear this new Make Believe live album.
